Do I need a bartender?
Yes, ALL alcohol must be served by a TABC certified and insured bartender.
What do we do if we want to have both the ceremony and the reception inside?
We will set up the chairs for your ceremony and then flip the room for your reception. We do ask that you have at least one person assigned to set up your centerpieces.
Are candles allowed?
Yes, real candles are allowed, but they must be in a container and they cannot be placed on the floor or stairs.
Can we use sparklers for our send off?
Yes, You can use sparklers!
How many people can sit downstairs? What about upstairs?
If you want to keep the large dance floor, we recommend seating no more than 150 guests downstairs and use only rectangular tables. Each upstairs balcony can seat up to 60 guests on rectangular tables.
Do I need security?
Yes, you will need to have security present at all times when alcohol is being served.
