Package Types

Pine Package

Package Includes:
  • Catering: one entree, two sides, rolls/butter, tea and water station with cups and ice, buffet servers
  • Place Setting: includes the caterer's basic disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery
  • Bussing: bussing service to clean up dinner trash and keep trash off of the floor and tables throughout the event
  • Coordinator: includes day of coordination to include up to three planning meetings, package vendor assistance, detailed event timeline, vendor confirmations, set up of place settings, centerpieces, and entry table, presence at entire event, management of teardown. A Lodge-affiliated Coordinator is required with all packages.
  • Officiant: performs wedding ceremony and mails out marriage license.
  • DJ: includes up to six hours of service time, two set ups, and dance floor lighting.
  • Tiered Wedding Cake: includes tiered cake (two tiers for less than 100 people), disposable plates and forks (china plates and silver forks in Mahogany package). Flavor options are provided by baker. Tasting included in all packages.
  • Security: Security officer present for up to five hours (time to match up to bar service time if serving alcohol)
  • Photography: includes 6 hours of wedding photography with online viewing gallery and digital downloads.
  • Florals: includes bridal bouquet, two bridesmaids bouquets, groom’s boutonniere, two groomsmen boutonnieres, two mothers corsages, two fathers boutonnieres, mantel greenery, flower girl petals, and bloom box (various matching flower buds for detail shots and cake). Also includes delivery and set up.

Oak Package

  • Bussing: bussing service to clean up dinner trash and keep trash off of the floor and tables throughout the event
  • Coordinator: includes day of coordination to include up to three planning meetings, package vendor assistance, detailed event timeline, vendor confirmations, set up of place settings, centerpieces, and entry table, presence at entire event, management of teardown. Mahogonay Package

  • Coordinator: includes day of coordination to include up to three planning meetings, package vendor assistance, detailed event timeline, vendor confirmations, set up of place settings, centerpieces, and entry table, presence at entire event, management of teardown. A Lodge-affiliated Coordinator is required with all packages.
