What the Venue Includes

  • Use of the venue from 10am until midnight (14 hours) - includes: bridal suite, groom’s room, outdoor garden ceremony area, second floor deck, and indoor main reception hall
  • Tables and chairs for up to 250 guests - Chivari chairs for ceremony and crossback chairs for reception. Wooden farmhouse tables and/or round tables
  • Set-up and teardown of tables and chairs
  • Mimosas and beer for the guys and girls during the day
  • Ivory linens (tablecloths and runners)
  • Choice of ceremony backdrop
  • Outdoor comfort amenities - Patio heaters, fans, evaporative cooler
  • Lantern centerpieces (52 total, 4 styles), various decor including greenery, drapery, votive candles, signs, etc.
  • Caterer’s kitchen
  • Yard games
  • Upstairs and downstairs bars
  • Event attendant
  • 1.5 hour rehearsal (pending availability)
