What the Venue Includes
- Use of the venue from 10am until midnight (14 hours) - includes: bridal suite, groom’s room, outdoor garden ceremony area,
second floor deck, and indoor main reception hall
- Tables and chairs for up to 250 guests - Chivari chairs for ceremony and crossback chairs for reception. Wooden
farmhouse tables and/or round tables
- Set-up and teardown of tables and chairs
- Ivory linens (tablecloths and runners)
- Choice of ceremony backdrop
- Outdoor comfort amenities - Patio heaters, fans, evaporative cooler
- Lantern centerpieces (52 total, 4 styles), various decor including greenery,
drapery, votive candles, signs, etc.
